Volunteers are the heart of Little Light Market.
It takes a village to create a successful sale, and we're so thankful for those willing to serve alongside us. Whether you're helping during drop-off, assisting shoppers, organizing merchandise, or helping at checkout, your time helps make this event possible for local families.
As a thank-you, volunteers receive increased consignor earnings and early shopping opportunities.
Consign Only
Earn 65% of your sold items.
Volunteer for One Shift
Earn 75% of your sold items.
✔ One 4-hour volunteer shift
✔ Early shopping access before the public sale
Volunteer for Three Shifts
Earn 80% of your sold items.
✔ Three 4-hour volunteer shifts
✔ Earliest shopping access
✔ First opportunity to sign up for future sales
Volunteer Incentives
• Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
• Volunteers should arrive on time and stay for their scheduled shift.
• If an emergency arises and you cannot attend your shift, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Children may not accompany volunteers during their shift.
• Volunteers should be friendly, helpful, and willing to serve our families and shoppers.
